- 50 mldry gindry gin
- 25 mllemon juicelemon juice
- 2 tspcaster sugarcaster sugar
- 100 mlsoda watersoda water
- Cubed iceCubed ice

Method
Pour the lemon juice and caster sugar into the glass.
Stir until the sugar dissolves.
Add the gin, fill the glass with ice and stir.
Top with soda water and stir carefully.
Garnish with a fresh lemon wedge.
