- 50 mlwhite rumwhite rum
- 100 mlsoda watersoda water
- 0.5fresh limefresh lime
- 12fresh mint leavesfresh mint leaf
- 2 tspcaster sugarcaster sugar
- Crushed iceCrushed ice
Equipment
- Highball glass
Method
Cut the lime into wedges and add to a highball glass.
Add the sugar and muddle.
Add the mint leaves and muddle lightly.
Add the rum and half the crushed ice, then stir well to dissolve the sugar.
Top with the remaining crushed ice and the soda water.
Stir well again and garnish with a mint sprig.
