- Highball glass or julep cup
Method
Muddle the mint leaves, sugar and water in a highball glass or julep cup.
Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the bourbon.
Stir well until the glass is frosted, then top up with more crushed ice.
Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and serve.
