- 135 gpacket raspberry flavoured jellypacket raspberry flavoured jelly
- 280 mlboiling waterboiling water
- 100 mlchilled vodkachilled vodka
- 180 mlchilled waterchilled water
Equipment

Method
Cut the jelly tablet into cubes.
Place the jelly cubes in a large bowl and add the boiling water.
Stir until all the jelly cubes dissolve.
Add the chilled vodka and water, then stir.
Pour into shot glasses and refrigerate until set.
Notes
Makes roughly 24 shots of 25–30ml each.
