Equipment
- Irish coffee mug
Method
Pour the fresh coffee into an Irish coffee mug.
Stir in the brown sugar until fully dissolved.
Add the Irish whiskey and stir again.
Carefully layer the thick cream on top of the coffee.
Grate dark chocolate over the cream to garnish.
